$500 advance rent payment required. Credited toward months 3, 4, and 5—not an additional charge. For a standard space, $150 is applied to month 3, $150 to month 4, and $200 to month 5. The next scheduled payment is $100 at the beginning of month 5. The completed first-year total is $2,700, including the initial $500.
Rates shown are for standard spaces. Larger trucks or setups may have individually approved higher rates. Your space, rate, start date, regular operating schedule, written terms, and exact dated payment schedule are confirmed before payment or move-in.
Early departure. If you leave before completing 12 consecutive rental months, you owe $10 for each occupied calendar day within the first two rental months, plus the agreed rent for later occupancy. Every confirmed payment is credited. Any shortfall is due and any excess is refunded under the written agreement. There is no $500 cap, and you do not owe rent for the unoccupied remainder of the year.
Payment processing. Eligible credit-card payments may include a separately disclosed surcharge of no more than 3%, subject to applicable rules and permitted acceptance cost. The exact amount appears before payment and on the receipt. Debit, prepaid, Cash App Pay, and ACH payments are not charged a credit-card surcharge. Processing surcharges are not rent and do not increase your rent-credit balance.

Is the park open yet?
Not yet. We are recruiting founding vendors while developing the property. Opening dates, operating hours, and move-in availability will be announced once the site is ready. Please arrange any site visit in advance.
Is alcohol allowed? Can I bring my own?
No. We are an alcohol-free, family-friendly park. Please read our Park Rules & Regulations before visiting or becoming a vendor.
Can pop-ups join, or only food trucks?
Independent food trucks, beverage and snack trailers, and selected food pop-ups are welcome to inquire. Tell us what you sell and how much space you need so we can confirm the right fit and rate.
What does fully self-contained mean?
There are no power, water, or sewer hookups provided. Vendors must supply their own power, fresh water, wastewater tanks, and any other equipment required for their operation. Vendors are responsible for proper waste disposal and keeping their area clean.
How does the $500 advance rent credit work?
After management approves your space, rate, start date, operating schedule, and written terms, you pay $500 through a private secure checkout. The entire $500 is rent paid in advance. For a standard space, $150 is applied to month 3, $150 to month 4, and $200 to month 5. Your next scheduled payment is $100 at the beginning of month 5.
Is there a long-term commitment?
The founding-vendor promotion is based on completing 12 consecutive rental months. If you leave earlier, you do not owe rent for the unoccupied remainder of the year, but you owe $10 for each occupied calendar day within the first two rental months, plus the agreed rent for later occupancy. Every confirmed payment is credited when the final balance is calculated.
Do larger trucks cost more?
Larger trucks, trailers, or setups needing additional space may have a higher rate. The advertised schedule applies to a standard space. Management confirms your assigned space, promotional rates, regular rate, approved start date, and exact payment schedule in writing before payment or move-in. The $500 remains a rent credit applied to the earliest approved rent charges.
Will I pay a card-processing surcharge?

When is my next payment due?
Your private written schedule lists every exact date and amount using the management-approved start date. After Stripe confirms a payment, your receipt also states the next scheduled payment date and amount.

Management must approve the vendor, space, rate, start date, schedule, and written terms before payment or move-in. Vendors must acknowledge and follow our Park Rules & Regulations before move-in.
